I am 5'4 and 180 lbs. Got size L and it fits great! Plenty of room and moves seamlessly while you turn in your sleep. The arms are not tight. The sheer parts are a soft stretchy mesh and the nylon fabric is just like what you expect and so soft! It also washes well. Perfect for everyday.
