Would buy again. Nice steel item that works as it should.

I used strap toggles to mount this. 3/16inch sized screws and the holes in the back of the box were too small so I stuck a drill bit through them to make them bigger. Worked fine. The box is simple and sturdy. The combo is easy to set. The hooks to hang the keys on inside are just a hair too small. Comes with little tiny screws and laughable anchors. That’s why I used my own. Included big pack of labels and stickers. That was a thoughtful touch.

Works, as described. Great for keeping your miscellaneous organized in one location. The combination lock means you don't need a key to get into it. The only issue I had with it is that the locking latch was a little bent on arrival but it was easy to bend back into place. Now it works well without any issues.

The box is well-sized and easy to open/lock. It's biggest benefit is being discreet. The locking mechanism and the box don't seem the sturdiest build, so I wouldn't trust it to hold or stay locked after a good beating, but it can be conveniently mounted anywhere and can easily store a lot of spare keys - which is what it's built for.

Don’t think of this as a “key safe”. Think of it more as an “I’m tired of failing to hang my keys on the old cutup coat hanger necks, so I want a little ‘locking’ box to hang them in.”Even though it has a “lock”, it is far from secure. The sheet metal is very thin...think like 22 or 24 ga. The hinge, although sufficient to hold the door open, could easily be ripped off, rendering the lock useless.Good news is, it is so light that you could probably hang it with a magnet or two-sided tape. Oh...did I mention the sheet metal was thin? Like...VERY thin? Because it is.Anyway, if you are looking for an “I’m tired of failing to hang my keys on the old cutup coat hanger necks, so I want a little ‘locking’ box to hang them in”, then this is your box! If you are looking for a “key safe”, you’d better keep looking...

We purchased this for my husband's garrage to hold all of his customers keys, keeping them together and secure. Not only only is it roomy enough to hold all of the keys that we need, it came with key tags making it easy to identify the whose keys are whose. The locking mechanism is durable and easy to use. It hangs comfortably on his garage wall and akes up little space, leaving more room for all of his tools!

This is exactly what I needed to organize all my keys. I previously had a mess of keys just laying in the drawer. I now have labels for each key with plenty of room to add keys at a later time. I also like the locking box. Great price too!!
