R710 SERVER BACKUP
IT DOESN'T HAVE WIFI, HAVEN'T NEEDED TECH SUPPORT (YET), ITS JUST A GREAT BIG UPS SYSTEM, POWERING A GREAT BIG RACK SERVER. AND IT WON'T GO INTO SLEEP MODE, CAUSE IT CAN'T. WASN'T BUILT THAT WAY, NOT SURE WHO WROTE THE REVIEW QUESTIONS UP, BUT NONE OF THEM APPLY

Just spend the money to get a reputable brand that lists the proper loads.
I would recommend buying a better brand, i bought this because i needed 1200W of power threshold. On the first test of 1000W the unit made horrible buzzing noises, then shut off 2 seconds later. Either the internals are overrated for the load, or its defective, like others have stated. The mgmt software is terrible as well, it runs a web engine on the local PC, even for USB then fails to load. I will be returning for a full refund. Value to money is not relevant because it does not work as advertised Power outage fails the device at even 90% load Units size seems small for the load stated

Line conditioning and UPS power at a great price
This review is based a on a very limited use of the units as I've only had them about a week. I purchased two 800VA/400W units for backup power and line conditioning for a home internet and security system. The units arrived with batteries mostly charged (minimal time plugged in to AC power was required for the batteries to be back at 100% charge). The units are small and sleek, with an LCD display that turns off after a short period. Briefly pushing the power button again illuminates the LCD display. Downloaded and installed the Power Management software and was able to view/modify unit configuration from a laptop using the USB cables included with the units. First impression is that these units are a real value for the price with both battery backup and line conditioning features (as opposed to only battery-supplied power). The only downside I've seen so far is that the clamshell cases are plastic (not metal) and both units arrived new with the clamshells not aligned properly. I don't know if this was due to the shipping company manhandling the packages or if the assembly process isn't as precise as you might like. Unscrewing the clam shell cases allowed me to reseat both to fit together as they should, but one of them apparently has one screw hole with a broken screw socket (I can hear it rolling inside the unit when I tilt it sideways) and there's nothing for that screw to tighten in the single corner of one unit. Otherwise, I feel like I'm getting a pretty good value for the price on these units compared to the price of similarly-featured competitor products.

Maruson UPS: Reliable, 5-10 min backup, stable output. Essential in unstable power zones.
I recently added a Maruson UPS to my setup, which has been performing reliably for several weeks. This 1000-watt, 2000 VA UPS effortlessly switches to battery during power outages, providing 5-10 minutes of backup—enough to shut down Windows using the included USB software safely. It powers my main PC/server, ensuring a stable 60 Hz sine wave output perfect for sensitive electronics. The only downside is the non-recyclable styrofoam packaging. It's essential for anyone in areas with frequent power fluctuations.

Large capacity UPS to protect electronics
This is a 1000 watt, 2000 VA uninterruptible power supply to protect Electronics. It has a USB interface to my windows PC that has a multitude of diagnostics to keep track of how to UPS is doing. Anyone that lives in an area that has outages, brownouts, or over-voltage events, should have a UPS feeding their electronics. The output of this UPS is a perfect 60 Hz sign wave, which is exactly what you need to have.

I got 2.5 years out of mine
It had a two year warrantee, it died at 2.5 years. I have other older UPS's in the same room, this product didn't last nearly as long as it should have. Instead of 1 star, I gave them 3 stars because the seller was very responsive, even if it was to tell me that it was out of warrantee and tough luck. They even followed up and said that I could buy a new battery and they would do the labor for free. great seller, selling a crummy product.
