This product does not help my ear problems nor stop the ringing in my ears

I went out on a limb to try this for my ear ringing. My ears were ringing 24/7 - due to my Chiari Malformation. I honestly had given up hope for finding something that relieved the brain numbing noise. But these drops actually relieve the ringing. It lasts anywhere from 2 to 24 hours. They do make my ears feel a little... gummy. But that's nothing compared to the ear ringing (or the anxiety from the constant onslaught of high pitched noise). Thankful I found this product.

Works good on my grandma, I bought 2 I only received 1 tho I can't enter the customer portal plz, how can I get the missing 1

This is great packaging but unfortunately, it does not work. In fact I felt like I had cotton in my years these past couple of days I followed the directions and nothing I would not recommend buying this product because it does not work.
