How long do the ear ringing drops take to start working?

Similasan ear ringing Remedy Drops is really working for me by using it everyday. It’s amazing it’s a wonderful relief for ear ringing. and I’m very satisfied on this product.

This made my ears ring 10 times worse. I returned it. What do I do to make it go back to 10 times less?

I have had tinnitus for over 50 years, 24/7. I take a lot of ibuprofen and Tylenol for my arthritis. If I take too much, my tinnitus gets much worse. Similasan Ear Ringing Drops help in this instance. Not much for my everyday tinnitus ,though. Annaka

Are these drops oily?

Yes they are oily. Still ringing but I feel like at least I am doing something. My audiology doctor says there is nothing that can stop or help the ringing I was offered a device that makes a sound to put in my ear.

3 to 5 drops in ear, 3 to 5 minutes wait time, 4 times daily. if I always use 4 drops per ear, does that mean 12 drops for each ear for one day?

Never worked for me, no matter how many drops. 4 drops means 12 drops daily.

Minimal relief for me. Might work better for you

I'm sure this works based on each person's individual ear ringing issues. I'd say it brought mine down from a 10 to a 7. Some relief, but not complete for me. It isn't very expensive, so worth a try to see if it works for you. Tinnitus is the absolute worst! Any relief is helpful.

Does not work not worth the money

This is great packaging but unfortunately, it does not work. In fact I felt like I had cotton in my years these past couple of days I followed the directions and nothing I would not recommend buying this product because it does not work.
