Great product
This product is really great like all OXO products. However, it is way too big for a 3qt Instant Pot. When I returned it and asked for a refund Busy Bee was VERY helpful

Multiple Uses .... Love It!
I was making foil slings for my two Instant Pots. I do a lot of PIP cooking. Had a *foil fail* and decided to get this sling. Wish I would of bought it sooner. It fits in my 6 & 8 quart. I use a 7 Cup Pyrex dish for the majority of my PIP cooking. This sling works perfectly. Also use with my Bundt & springform pans. Handle snaps together. Easy to use. Cleans up in a snap. Heavy duty product well made. If you use your IP as much ad I do .... don’t hesitate to buy one of these silicone slings.

Bakeware Sling also works for eggs, roasting, etc.
This is the best choice of the 4 products, IMO. I haven't used it extensively yet, but I did stick it into my instant pot right away to check the size (nice fit in my 6 qt pot). I also got out some eggs just to see if it would hold them nicely --yes! No need for the special egg holder -- 7 eggs sit up just fine, spaced nicely apart in the little honeycomb openings, and it looks like I could get maybe a dozen in if I didn't care how they were oriented (the honeycomb pattern should keep them from shifting around and cracking into each other). I don't know why you would buy a special roasting insert when you could use this instead (and it has handles to lift the meat easily out of the pot, too). Possibly there might still be a use for the veggie steamer insert, but I think I'll try using this on the bottom with an oven-safe dish full of veggies, pour in a couple cups of water, and let it rip.

Strong material and keeps cool.
Great to use in a 6 quart pressure pot for a trivit in the bottom, with cool to the touch handle. I use this sling as my main trivit when pressure pot cooking. Easy to lift out hot products and great to use in most cooking applications. It cleans up well in the dishwasher, but is a little harder to hand clean the grid part if cooking vegetables not in a pot like potatoes. It is made of a strong material, that does not hold heat making use easy. I highly recommend this sling if you frequently cook using a pressure pot.

Handy - better than fishing things out with a fork.
This makes removing hot items from the IP much easier than trying to leverage them out with tongs or a fork. It is still a bit tippy with some things - lopsided beef roasts, unbalanced chicken pieces, or heavier pans/pyrex - but it's at least a bit more stable than trying to grab the thin, metal trivet with a fork, bulky oven mits, or tongs. We use it in combination with our round, silicon pan and/or our metal pan most of the time. The handles fold over and can be latched to each other so it's easier to find them when it's time to remove things. The honeycomb design takes some practice to clean thoroughly. We find swooshing it in a couple inches of soapy water, then smushing it and rubbing it around gets most of the gunk out of the honeycomb. If you don't use another pan for something like roast or chicken, then getting the gunk out of each chamber takes a bit more time.

Unqualified yes
If you own a any of the several brands of multicooker this product is an absolute necessity. It’s obvious that of several thousand other users, over 99% of them agree. But be careful, as is true with many products at this online store this page is featuring four completely different items – read the fine print at the beginning of each review that says style name so you know which product they are talking about. To make it clear, in my case it’s the red bakeware sling, something that should come standard in every pressure cooker. My multicooker is the new ninja 8 quart 14-in-1 steam fryer pressure cooker. I use it almost every day but not everything I cook is suitable to put directly into such a large pot, and is not suitable to use on a metal wire rack. Those are the times I want to use one of a half dozen smaller accessory items. But I can’t put them directly on the bottom of the large inner pot so I’ve been using the OXO roasting rack, also described on this page. It’s indestructible and one of the most useful little accessories in my whole kitchen. But it doesn’t help me when I have a small tray way at the bottom of my cooker and it is totally impossible to reach way down in there to pull it out once it’s done. This sling solves that is the most brilliant way, I simply put the small tray into the sling, fasten it and lower it into my cooker. When the food is done I just reach in and pull the sling out. Its study enough to support anything I’ve been able to put in there including the large air fryer basket. SETTING THINGS STRAIGHT Like I said, the facts show that almost one hundred percent of users love this series of silicone products and a handful seem to doubt that it is genuine. As always if you buy from the authentic OXO store you can be sure you will get genuine products and if you’re not satisfied all you have to do is send it back. If you choose to buy from any of the countless so-called other sellers you take your chances. YES OR NO These two items I mentioned here are unqualified yes products as far as I’m concerned. I’m intrigued about the yellow egg basket and the green steamer basket and will probably buy them to have the entire set of four of these very useful accessories. I like them.

Better than the metal trivet with handles.
I received this as a gift for my new Instant Pot. I love it! So much easier than using the metal trivet that came with the pot. I like the way the handle fits together at the top, making it easy to remove from the pot. It gets warm, but not super hot, like the metal. It is easy to wash. Just put in top rack of dishwasher. Great for putting eggs on to "boil" in the pot, too.

A Must Have for 6QT Instant Pot Cooking and Baking
Fits perfectly inside my 6QT Instant Pot. Lifts cake pans, spring form pans and other baking dishes from the boiling hot interior of my Instant Pot multi-cooker. Has a raised bottom to keep the water on the bottom of the pot for steam away from the dish you sit on top of it. Just remember to add the water BEFORE you lower the dish in the Oxo Bakeware Sling into the pot to prevent accidentally spilling unwanted water directly on or in your baking dish. Folding handles work perfectly! They snap together to prevent blocking steam ports in the lid while in use. But after cooking, the silicone rubber is HOT and you still need to use pot holders to prevent getting burned by the red hot silicone rubber of the sling. I found that out the hard way. Should have read the instructions more carefully, my bad. It can be a pain in the butt to clean if some of what you're cooking ends up in the water used for steaming, but it comes out spotless on the bottom rack on my Bosch dishwasher (or top rack or bottom rack with the energy saver, no-heat drying option on other dishwashers.) Would I purchase another? Yes, without reservation. I have given several of these as gifts to Instant Pot users who are friends who are absolutely delighted with using it. An excellent product!

Great little gadget
While the trivet which came with my 8 quart Instant Pot is more than sufficient for lowering bakeware and other vessels into the pot, as well as lifting them back out, this sling is’t just a one-trick pony. For one, it doubles as a very practical egg rack, I am able to evenly space 7 eggs onto it, and you could probably add more if you didn’t mind them touching. Unlike the metal trivet, this silicone sling can be removed with one hand, as the two handles get connected before closing the IP lid, and form one single handle this way. I also feel like I am less likely to burn myself, since the handle is located in the middle, and not against the hot sides of the pot. This is not a necessary gadget, but a very practical one nonetheless. If you like making boiled eggs in your Instant Pot, and also like to use the pot-in-pot method, this sling is a great addition! One thing for the bakers, however: My 8 quart IP trivet has a wider base than the silicone sling. I am able to comfortably fit a ~9" springform pan into my metal trivet, with the handles holding the pan perfectly in place for transport. The silicone sling has a smaller diameter and won’t fit that size pan.

Great quality.
Works perfectly. Goes in dishwasher. Nice and solid so it feels secure to take out whole roast whilst it’s still hot.
