Why are there SCRATCHES on the mirror?

There is a protective FILM on the Mirror so all the SCARTCHES ARE ON THE FILM BUT NOT ON THE MIRROR. As long as you REMOVE the protective FILM, you will get a CLEAR mirror.

How could I remove the protctive film?

We suggest you could remove the film from corners or the frame.

Why can't I see there is a film on the mirror?

Because the protective film fits closely with the mirror. And our second picture shows what the protective film looks like.
