I’ve taken time to give these derma rollers a fair review and I’m now 8 mths in, and what a difference my it’s made to me. This is undoubtedly something that’s not going to give you an overnight fix. So I’ve used the rollers daily and not changed my skin care range as I needed to see wether the rollers on there own would work. Well my answer is yes absolutely yes, my fine lines around my mouth and forehead have reduced so much, I’m being asked wether I’ve had fillers or Botox. It’s like I’ve lost 5/6 yrs in my age, and as I’m almost 63, to see my years fall away is thrilling, confidence building and to be told I look so much younger is sensational. My jaw line was beginning to sag to, not now !! it’s all tightened up, added with the fine line fading, who needs to pay a fortune to look great. Follow your regime of rolling cleansing and moisturising, but beware of one thing, be gentle, if you press to hard you will get an almost shaving rash, so it stings when you cleanse, and you can’t then use the roller, as you need to let your skin recover. So would you like to look years younger, use these wonderful rollers, absolutely invaluable to your daily skin care.

Only realised that what I needed was 1.25-1.5 mm roller in order to bring the best result with the skin product I purchased after the skin product's arrival on Wed. still 1.0mm would do. Used 0.5mm for my eye area. I used numbing cream and sanitised the rollers before rolling them on my face along with the skin product. After use, I would say, I will trust this product because there was not any problem while using it to apply the skin product on my face and neck, smooth operation, sharp penetration, I got the treatment done within half an hour. tried to see if there was any bended needle while cleaning them. No, not fromwhat I could see. would repurchase, but next time, maybe a 1.5mm one instead.

These are quality and purchased at reasonable price. Some single units from other brands are very expensive for the quality you pay for. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase these again.

It's my first derma roller , so can't compare. Been using 0,25mm 3 times on my face. Got several skin issues , first wrinkles under eyes, rosacea and scars on forehead. So far it's good, face really getting better look. Doesn't traumatize my sensitive skin. I'm using serums with the roller. It's absolutely painless for me and redness gone in 15-20 minutes after applying. I found it easy to use , doesn't scratch my skin and seems to be pretty durable. Size of the rolling head allows to do area under eyes and nose. I'm satisfied with quality and results at this stage. Will try 0,5 mm next time for scars .

Derma roller was excellent when using

I’ve had microneedling done at a salon a few times and I’ve always loved the results however the price meant I could rarely afford to treat myself. I used these rollers a few days ago and I’m pleasantly surprised at the difference they’ve made (my expectations weren’t high) but I can see a marked difference in the appearance of my skin…it looks plumper and smoother. I would definitely follow the advice about using surgical spirit to clean these before and after use. It’s your face after all and hygiene is so important. Overall really really pleased with these and can’t imagine I would be returning to a salon for this particular treatment ever again

I am so disappointed , this product has ruined my face you can see the patches of my skin and how it’s made it darker and dryer I used the 1.0 derma roller , I suggest whoever is reading this that if you want your skin to look nice don’t hesitate to buy a more expensive version as they will be better quality .

Since losing a lot of weight I gave a fair bit of loose skin. I thought I'd give these a go and see if I could help reduce a bit of the day under my chin. Simple to use. Results will take a few months but here's hoping for even a little improvement. Good quality rollers. Come in 3 sizes. Reusable too just don't share them.

Bought 3 derma rollers, which are themselves made of plastic. Each derma roller came in it's own hard acrylic (non recyclable) case. Each acrylic case containing the derma roller was wrapped in a bag, which in itself was placed within a cardboard box. The 3 cardboard boxes (one for each roller) were packed inside another cardboard box, which was then placed in the mailing bag. This is far too wasteful. Too much unrecyclable plastic. My conscience won't let me buy this particular product again.
