the product did not come with clamps as shown. Instead of the clamps, there were three strips of glue at the base of the product. there was no manual or instructions how to fix it to the toilet. very disappointed.

Though advertised as perfectly fitting seat, does not fit securely to the toilet bowl. I had to use hot glue to stick it to bowl. The clamps are short and do not reach the curved surface of the toilet. Not so good product as expected from a reputed brand

Picture of the product received does not match the picture advertised. Mounting instructions is not accurate. Received with only 1 screw. Picture shows 3 point install. 2 on sides and 1 in front.
