BackAid did exactly what it said it would. I no longer have back or shoulder back.I do a lot of heavy lifting so I needed something to help with the pain & it does exactly that. I take them whenever I’m have back or shoulder pain. It gets the job done.

I’m Loving BACKACHE on Day #1.
I just received this yesterday & was SO happy I did, bcuz I woke with the Worst Killer back ache. It calls tovtake 2 tablets, but since it was my 1st. Time with them, I only took one. At 7:08 am & by 7:14am I felt a good deal of relief. Now, my back was excruciating. I think if I’d taken 2 , i would have felt much better. But, I also wanted to see how long the it would last. It finally have in & took another one at 10:35 am.& within just a few minutes it was better. Not gone , but I could walk much better. But just this 1st. Time -I’m giving them a 1 out of 10. As I said, it’s a Killer backache. I will take 1 around 5pm & then 2 b4 I go to bed around 11pm. Hopefully that will kick it away from me!

Thank you Amazon for offering Backaid. have found such relief since using backaid for back pain. It does not give you nausea. I have tried the others, but backaid is the best. I have it in my cabinet, because you never when the back muscles decide to act up. I had back surgery, but still have pain, and backaid settles the pain without strong nacotics. And it is affordable and no prescription or insurance approval is needed. Thank you Amazon
