Perfect stainless steel cookware, bought second time for my mother after being satisfied with mine for 2+ years

This set has been a really strong upgrade from my previous everyday cookware, and I have been very happy with how it performs. The first thing that stands out is how quickly these pieces heat up and how well they retain heat. Cooking is more efficient, and once they are hot, they maintain temperature consistently. As with most stainless steel cookware, there is a bit of a learning curve if you are used to nonstick, but once you adjust your technique, the results are excellent. I did notice some initial staining, including the typical rainbow effect after first use, especially on the frying pan. That is normal for stainless steel, and it does clean up. I have found that using lemon or vinegar works well, and heating water in the pan loosens any cooked-on residue. Using a bit of oil and allowing food to naturally release before moving it also makes a big difference. The overall construction feels very solid. These are cast stainless steel, so they feel durable and more in line with what you would expect from professional-style cookware. The handles are well designed and comfortable to use, and the included lids are a nice feature with their clear design. This is a fantastic cookware set with excellent value. The build is super solid and theey feel like they will last a lifetime. They are heavy enough for a great feel but not overly so that they are cumbersome. They have an even distribution on the heat for consistent cooking and the handles stay cool. They look amazing with the reflective finish and the clear lids are so great. The stockpot lid fits onto the pan. You will not be disappointed with this set.
