This revision of Dr. Branwell's highly popular text retains the features which have made it so attractive to students and lecturers over the years. It remains an elementary and non-mathematical introduction to molecular spectroscopy that emphasizes the overall unity of the subject and offers a pictorial perception rather than a mathematical description of the principles of spectroscopy. Best for IR AND RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY
It is one of those best books on spectroscopy you can find in the market. A must Buy book if you r a chemistry student and has a spectroscopy topic in your syllabus. This book covers IR, Raman to its best. and little of other. But don't just rely on it gettl some other books too like *KEMP*

Book is good
The book is full of advanced spectroscopy and the physical and mathematical aspect of spectroscopy is covered. The book is very helpful for CSIR NET and GATE but for those people who are from non mathematical background I request them first to work on your basics of mathematics and have a strong grip on algebra because most of the derivation of equations requires a strong grasp of algebra and a little bit of trigonometry.

Book Pages
The quality of the book pages is excellent. Value for money. By the way, I think I don't need to tell so much about the contents of the book. ๐

Nice book and on time ๐๐
First of all thanks to Amazon for its on time delivery. Book is very important keeping in mind the requirements for net and gate. All the topics are explained well in a simple and lucid manner which is very helpful for the students both at MSc level and entrance perspectives.

Loved it!
This is by far the best book I've read on Molecular Spectroscopy. I'd recommend this book to all Physics/Chemistry students. 1. The paper quality and printing is fine. Since this is the Indian edition, the paper quality is far behind the International edition. But it's worth the price. 2. The delivery was earlier than expected, so I'm happy with that. 3. Packaging was not good and the front cover was bent a little. Hope you enjoy this book!
