This is one bag. Below the picture and to the left is a heading called About this product.Under this heading it says 1x12oz;this means one bag of coffee 12oz size.

On average, how many 8 ounce cups of coffee in a 12 ounce bag?

Good Evening, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Lavazza does not publish that information on the bag or their website. However, I did do some research and found a couple of websites that give an estimate. A cup is 8 oz., but a cup of coffee actually averages a little over 6 fluid ounces - coffee mugs are around 8 or 9 fluid ounces. According to the Coffee Bar Society, the average 12 oz bag of ground coffee will give you 68 cups of coffee. So , the size of your cup and whether you use a heaping Tablespoon or less than a Tablespoon will determine how many cups of coffee you will get from the 12 oz. bag. Lavazza, by the way, suggests 1 tablespoon of coffee per 6.75 oz of fresh water, so you should get around 68 cups of coffee. Hope this helps!

BENT UP BRICK

I'm hoping the bent up solid lump received (please see photo) is a sign of it still being under vacuum? If I'd seen it like this in a shop or on a website I'd have avoided it - I will review this review as soon as I've had a cup.Just bought second pack - it isn't cheap and it's worth every penny.
