It's so pure. I have always cough problem, whenever I eat curd or any cold food my cough get increase n I get problem in breathing I can't even sleep properly bcoz of this. It worked, m really happy with the de tanning effect. I am in Ghana and this tropical, near equatorial heat tanned me seriously and i have to be in open to measure logs.. It worked not back to normal but it definitely de tanned to a large extent I use it along with turmeric
