I purchased the Smart Watch for Men Fitness Tracker (FitCloudPro app), and the bottom region of the touchscreen has stopped responding. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Fully reset the watch to factory settings. Recharged it to 100%. Reinstalled and paired it via the FitCloudPro app. After performing these steps, the touchscreen works for about one minute, then the bottom area becomes unresponsive again. This indicates a hardware defect, likely related to the touchscreen or internal digitizer. Could you please provide a replacement unit or a refund?

I bought this watch for my husband and he loves it! The design is strong, sporty, and looks even better in person. The screen is bright, the touch is smooth, and all the features work perfectly — calls, messages, heart rate, steps, sleep tracking… everything! Battery life is really good too; it lasts multiple days without charging. It connects fast to the phone and doesn’t lag. For the price, this watch is honestly amazing. Highly recommend it!

Although I really like the look of this watch, It lacks in many areas. About the first week or so I had the watch the battery lasted for the whole week but after a month it's only lasting 3 days max. I'm also only using the bare minimum, basically just the watch and the alarm and I'm losing battery life after 2 1/2 to 3 days now. Also the vibration is very weak and there's no way to customize it even on the max. There's also no way to customize the alarm tone on the watch it's very annoying. You also cannot change things like temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit

The battery life has been excellent. I thought the watch had blood pressure but it does not. However it has lots of other good features that I use daily. The seller is exceptional for follow up and answering questions. I recommend the watch and seller.
