Footdrop sleep relief.
This ankle wrap is great for sleeping in. I have drop foot and have tried numerous products in the past and will find myself removing them before morning. This one I can sleep the entire night with it on, the key is not too tight. It holds my foot at neutral as it should.

It seems to do what it claims to do.
Worth noting, I'm very early in my use of this product, like an hour into day one early.I was diagnosed with MS several years ago and in the past few years have had some progression of weakness in my left leg. Included with that is some dorsiflexion issues (partially exhibited as some foot drop) as well as some weakness or what I'd call "sloppiness" of my knee and ankle. I was looking for a product that would assist me with the dorsiflexion issue (with and without shoes) and one that might offer some stability of the ankle joint. In my research, this seemed like a product that could help with both of those things. My first impression was "wow, I overpaid for this thing" based upon what was in the bag (and I still feel a little bit that way but time will tell if this assists and holds up over time). I didn't have any issues getting this onto my foot; the directions were sufficient. I found that forcing my ankle into dorsiflexion allowed the brace to work best in keeping my toes pointed upward. The device is comfortable and works both with and without shoes. I'm not sure this is the case with other devices, as this is my first, I am finding that not only does it keep my ankle flexed, it also has a favorable affect throughout the length of my leg (I seem less prone to over-extension of my knee and think it helps to make the muscles in my upper leg participate. It could be mindfulness alone but I suspect the former). As for stability, I think this does offer some (it compensates for some of the sloppiness/laziness of my ankle). It does not compare to what an athletic-style lace-up brace would do to prevent an ankle roll, but I don't believe that is the intent of this device. The materials seem of good quality, the loop and hook (Velcro) seems to be quite strong as that is needed for this particular device. Even with that said, the price point does seem a bit high (considering it is made in China, not in the US or EU) which may dissuade some people from acquiring this over another device. So with all of that stated, I've given it an overall rating of four stars and as I stated before, time will tell.

Not for lateral foot drop.
My foot drop is lateral vs my toes dropping down so this brace did not work for me. I will caution, when you place it on, the straps cross each other in several places so it will not fit in your shoe unless you have a larger shoe size.

Really good
Simple and works really good. Could make it loose as well.

Ankle support plus foot drop
{update}. I am updating my review to include that I have found the perfect way to use it for foot drop, as advised by a friend who worked with her professional. It has really helped me and I’m glad this product is available! The advice is to wear it during sleep. It had massive improvement on my foot and leg after sleeping with it on (the next morning I could walk around, normally without anything, but fatigued by the late afternoon, and needed to use it again ). and it’s comfortable unlike some of the other products that were bulky and awkward. Walking around with it still has the same sense of prominently an ankle support system, with a little bit of lift on the foot. But the biggest impact is sleeping with it. Thanksgiving you!September: I like the idea this might help with a foot drop. It’s a very slight lift of the foot so I’m gonna have to re-strap and see if it lifts a little better. Otherwise it’s a great product to give better ankle support, which can help. You do want to strengthen the muscles by using them without a device. So that’s why I’m OK with keeping this because I wear it half a day and then I remove it to use my muscles.

Get them!
I purchased these a couple years ago and they completely changed how I walk. I have CMT(charcot Marie tooth) an inherited leg condition in which it affects my ankles and feet mostly. Without these I have to watch what I'm walking on at all times or I will trip over the smallest thing, due to the foot drop. I feel more confident walking with these on. They will fit in a shoe if you size up. I'm a 6 and bought a 6.5 and they barely fit. I have the AFOs but can't walk in them, they are so uncomfortable. I will do anything to stay out of those. But these supports are a game changer! Highly recommend!!

Comfortable and Adjustable
I like the under-foot support given by the brace! It's supportive but cushioned nicely, so it doesn't cause pain at the ball, or any other part of your foot. I also like the adjustability of the brace. It is quite easy to put on and adjust to your liking: You can choose how tight or loose you need the brace and how much support is right for you. The only critique I have is that it can be a tad hard to place your foot exactly where it should be to most effectively adhere the brace to your ankle. The complaint is more a me problem than one that the company can address, though.
