STANLEY 2-14-564 Aviation Snips Right Cut Bi-Metal (254mm)

Cutting thin sheet metal of any sort can be quite painful (literally!), but these snips are heavy-duty and comfortable to use, and make the process as straightforward as one could hope for. We've used these to cut up tin cans and G.I. wire mesh, and they've performed admirably well. The handle is non-slippery and long enough that your hands are some distance away from the actual cutting edges (so you aren't constantly at risk of cutting your hands on the trailing edge of the material as you go forward). The jaws are strong, and it's easy to make a neat straight cut.

Awesome tool. If anything, it is slightly large which makes it a little hard to use... But the cut is perfect and it does the job extrememly well. I used to have a metal sheet cutter that I purchased at a local hw store, and I had to keep tightening the holding nut to ensure the darn thing actually cuts. No such worries with the Fatmax.

The Stanley striper is very sturdy ,very easy to use

Trust Stanley to manufacture a great product like this. I was surprised at the ease with which I was able to cut chicken wire mesh, like I was cutting paper with a scissor. Worth every penny!!!

The product jaws are made of high quality hardened steel,i have used it to cut 18 guage sheets and it did so without any problems.Price is a bit on the higher side but better buy an expensive tool rather than a cheaper one thats gonna fail mid job.The jaws have a bit of rust but thats normal with many hardened tools and bits.Keep them oiled for a longer life

good but not as the imported versions. imported version are much more robust & hardy

Fatmax are definitely the best in the Stanley series. Don't have to think twice.
