Great upgraded from Blaze
It's a great product and adds a lot of value coming from Blaze. So light weight you don't even feel it on the hand, looks at place even on larger/wider wrists. Apps are okay, we have news, weather, Strava, Calculator and even a good TOTP Authenticator app and that's all I'd need. Battery life is good, screen is good both in terms of brightness and quality. Your phone/pc can be connected to a 5Ghz but the watch itself only connects upto n frequency 2.4Ghz bands. Transferred music from pc connected via ac to this watch in n. Streamed this music to Echo Plus, all wirelessly and felt great, like magic. Fitbit Pay and Spo2 sensor can be useful in the future. Overall a great value and I recommend it.

My first fitness watch - Detailed review
I have been using this since last 2 months. I am a medium active person and below is my detailed review: Pros - 1. Watch is premium and many mistake it with the Apple watch. 2. The screen resolution is nice and it is also fully visible in sunlight. 3. It tracks my activity throughout the day silently and also reminds me if i am sitting idle in my office hours. However, i cant help it. 4. It tracks steps taken in the day, calories burnt without button presses and anything extra to do. 5. The rubber band is very good and you do not feel anything if you wear it throughout the day. (P.S. I never used to wear watch daily before this). 6. The alarm feature in the watch is nice. I will not explain more here. Cons - 1. After 2 months of use, scratches can be seen on the screen and wear and tear is visible on the rubber band. 2. It does not track the exact calories. It actually shows you a bit more than you have burnt. I have tried this with another fitness watch from my friend. 3. Putting music into this watch is a nightmare and i am sure you will never do that after buying this watch. 4. Does not have it's own GPS tracker but i assume that you know this already. 5. Cannot track exercise correctly at all times. In case i am taking weights, running on the treadmill, using the elliptical. it shows all under Cardio section and do not classify differently. However to overcome this, you need to manually select the exercise mode.

Upgrade from Blaze to Versa. Smarter fitness watch but pathetic reliability - waste of money
Update on 16-Apr-2019: The device is facing a host of issues. Imagine a fance 16k watch which cannot do the one thing it was desgned to do. The screen has gone blank shows no data being tracked. Online software updates refuse to work despite having wasted away hours on it. Now its just a glorified watch which shows time & date. While the battery drains away in less than 24 hours. Previous to this issue - the tracker used to abruptly reboot in the middle of a workout session & I missed a lot of data. And now it does not even connect to my phone anymore. This was a collosal waste of money. Do youself a favour - do not buy this product. You will be disappointed. There is not support in India for service - and I am strugging to avail any warranty - wrote an email to them asking for support. Pathetic. ------ This is my third fitbit fitness band. I have owned the charge, Blaze & not this - the versa. So I have seen the evolution of fitbit up close. Now to the product review - this is somewhat an evolution of the Blaze smartwatch & less of a revolutionary product. I managed to get it for 14,500/- during Amazon sale event - which brings it in the same range as the US price in $. Which is why I got it. I was happy with the Blaze - its basic but does its jobs well. The versa is more of a minor upgrade. What's good about it? - The design & ergonomics are right on point. In my opinion, this is way more comfortable to wear than almost any smartwatch out there. Leagues ahead of iwatch in terms of size, form factor & comfort. Weighs almost nothing & you will forget that you have it on your wrist. - A great fitness tracker. As is the case with most FitBit trackers. First of all - this is a fitness tracker. And it does the job well. Continuous heartrate monitoring is on point & consistent, the pure-pulse tech works well and is able to detect & classify physical activities very well. The app ecosystem is fantastic & it also plays well with other fitness apps. Data is sharable (if you allow it to be shared). - Water resistant. Yep - this was a big plus for me. The blaze was splash proof. It had survived through the pouring rain. However, I could not take it for a swim! What good is a fitness tracker if you cannot take on a physical activity? This one is rated at 5ATM or 50 mts - good enough to swim with. That is a step up for sure. - Future ready. This comes with an O2 sensor which is disabled at the moment. Expected to be enabled in future with a software update. - Apps & watch faces are a plenty. Well watch faces yes, Apps are still limited. But I do get Strava :) Being a cyclist, it was a selling point for me. Though, the integration of Strava is way better on iWatch. Nothing which cannot be improved via software update - so there is hope & room for improvement. Runners & cyclists will cherish this. - Battery life is 3-4 days. This is a bit of a step down from the blaze, to be honest. The blaze had better battery life. - An extra band in the box. Size Small is pre-fitted. Size Large is in the box. Smart decision instead of having to sell units of varying sizes. - The charging dock is better than the previous gen Blaze. No more removing the tracker from the housing or removing bands each time to charge. The dock is simple & works as a nightstand. Still bulky but better than what I am used to. - The vibrating motor is a big step up. Its strong & the alarms will wake you up silently without disturbing others. - Market is filled with accessories options. Bands, cases, stands - you name it. Way cheaper than apple accessories. What is not that great? - No in-built GPS. Connected GPS required your phone's GPS. I understand why this was done by fitbit - GPS drains the battery very swiftly & takes the cost up. However relying on the phone all the time is a negative in my books. - Songs stored locally is a total sham. The process of transferring songs & the time taken to do so is just ridiculous. This is more of a gimmick than a feature. - A bit pricey. 20k is too much to ask IMO. I mean the iwatch is now selling for 25k. Not everyone gets it for under 15k. I was lucky maybe. I'd say 12-13k is the right price for the versa. - Still far behind when comes to Apple iWatch in terms of features. This kinda does everything without doing enough. Notifications, quick replies (if you are on android) & limited apps. iWatch does a lot more. But then that costs a lot more. This is a sport watch more than a smartwatch. It has all the right features. Display is easily legible under direct sunlight. You can customize the buttons to create shortcuts to a stopwatch or an activity etc. But apps are a bit lacklustre. Still does the job for me. And the fact that it tracks all essentials of fitness in one app - makes it worthwhile. As against say iWatch which needs 3 different apps. Sleep tracking is something i find myself using a lot. Its pretty useful & the insights provided by the app are very helpful. I will stick with this versa for now. I'll update my review after a month of usage. I use it for cycling, weight training & some yoga. Overall - I like it but only marginally over the Blaze. Feel free to ask me questions about the product - I will be more than happy to help you.

A Smartwatch that delivers what it promises
Must say I was very happy with the Smartwatch. I have used the Apple watch and the Lenova HW01 ( I love this one ) and will admit that the Versa is a mix of both. Packing : 100% marks . Cannot be better. Strap : Easy to wear and if you are fat person, you get a free large strap - free ! Size : OK . Not too large. Not too small for man or woman. Finish : Evethough fully plastic and glass looks not cheap. Good finish. Display : With auto ambient sensor is very good and just bright to see. BLuetooth link up : Happens very smoothly once you download the App. ( Both Android and iOS are there ) Setting : Love it. Its a self guided tour and by the end you are done. Clock Face : Numerous third party ones available. Some of them give a trial period and then you pay to keep ... but not much . Some are as low as 1 USD for life !! Battery life : Two days over on a full charge. Its at 70% now. I am happy. Auto display ON : Works like a breeze - just a 90 degree of your arm brings it up ! Super. Others : Timer / Calender / Stopwatch and notificatiosn for SMS / Phone calls from linked phone . Works well. Sensors : Usual step count / Heart rate / activity / GPS . Nothing missing and all working. To sum up I would recommend this to any one lokking for a serious Smartwatch that is also elegant to wear !!

Totally worth
This is my second Fitbit.I had Fitbit surge for 2 years. Now I shifted to versa. It is much cheaper option to Apple watch. ( Of course Apple watch is king , and we all may not offer it. PROS : 1) NO WEIGHT 2) LONG BATTERY.Even with heavy use it will last for atleats 2-3 days. 3) Continuous heart rate which is most accurate 4) Sleep tracking. This is the segment where Fitbit is winner over all ( even Apple ) 5) Most accurate in terms of steps, heart rate ,calories and other parameters 6) It has connected GPS option but with this distance is not accurate .I adjusted my stride length manually for both walking and running and tested it against GPS tracking with Fitbit surge and mobile GPS apps.It was nearly accurate with this. What more you expect without GPS ! 7) Many useful apps like yoga to motivate you 8) Sedentary reminder which alerts you take 250 steps every hour 9) Neumeous Beautiful customisable watch faces 10) No skin irritation So my advice is to for it blindly.Trust me ( I am a doctor ) you will not regret.

May be - May Not Be .. Decide after reading
This fitness watch Delivered on - 17-Jul-2018. I took long to write the review as I wanted to ensure that I am not in a conundrum and share the apt experience. Again to everyone their own... Looks wise the watch body on square shape looks elegant but strap is not adding any value. My suggestion would be go for a combo ( i.e. Black Body and grey strap) to kill the monotony. Complete black can not be termed as elegant. Setting up take a little time but once its done, it works seamlessly ( Incoming Calls and Emails). I haven't tried music- so can't comment. The most important aspect is fitness - This of FOR THAT MATTER many of the fitness bands/ watches I have tried, discussed do not provide you accurate data. Focusing on this one- It gives bat steps in badges i.e. once you have walked 10-20 steps it will update them together ( from 5210 to 5220) - This happens when you do brisk walking. BUT when you are walking at home and its a casual stroll, it captures them correctly. Distance is inaccurate i.e. I have measured the distance where I run/walk but this watch does not provide it right. For e.g. if One round is 400M and if I WALK for 5 rounds it will NOT show 2Kms . It will be 1600-1650 M. When I run on the same path it much lower. Fora distance of 2KM it will show 1kms and NOT 2. So I guess the measurement is more from the speed than 3-axis accelerometer ( used to understand your motions). Also when it comes to floor, again its not accurate but I can understand the floor issue with altimeter sensor not able to recognize. But steps and distance not being right is criminal for me. To summarize, there are definitely issues with it but to be fair to Watch- I did not pay for Apple Watch 3 , so should not be expecting that kind of User Experience as well. I do not measure sleep and calories intake as primary is Steps, Distance and Calories. Oh yes and Calories are always higher in 2-3K which in reality is not possible. So that can give you a feel good factor but if you are serious about fitness and not the new year resolution types... then I am sure you would want something which meets your requirement. But again, its your prerogative to make a informed decision and these are my experience and inputs. Also the strap finally gave up after 6 months of usage, I will leave it your discretion to decide the quality of strap. A Very Happy and Healthy 2019 to the readers.

Premium smart watch, worth buying!!!
So it’s been over a week I’m using this beautiful watch. N I’m so loving it!! I’ve bought the special edition charcoal watch which looks so similar to Apple Watch. It comes with extra black belt (large+small).Following are my observations: Pros - - Beautiful Sceen quality. Screen is gorgeous, it will turn heads for sure. - 15 Exercise modes - Customisable watch face.100s of faces available. - Pretty accurate heart rate monitor - The sleep tracking is amazing. The best in the market. The best. Trust me. - Clean and impressive UI. The UI is pretty solid. You will love the fluid design and the way icons move on the screen. - Automatic tracking of exercise is a plus. - Battery back is nice. I got around 6 days - pretty light weight on wrist.looks very elegant😍 Cons- I didn’t find any.

Useful, but inaccurate
I like the design, the apps and the overall user interface. However, while setting up the device, it showed some error and I had to search for a workaround online. Battery life is good--approx 4 days. Less if your workouts are longer. My 2 issues : - The versa doesn't log my afternoon naps - it logs steps while I'm driving (and I'm talking about hundreds of steps!)
