I like the fact that it is natural, and I trust this company - Cero - for non-toxicity of its products.Pros:1. Safe and easy to use2. Very Nice smell3. Repels fliesNegatives:1. It does not kill live ticks. Well, that kind of makes sense since it is natural and non-toxic.2. Spray mechanism of this bottle is not suitable for the type of spraying required. I poured the liquid into a more profuse sprayer.For best results:1. Spray liberally daily, on the neck, back and armpits of the pet, for several days.2. Check the webs between the toes daily, and pick off the small ticks physically.Following this, I found that once ticks are removed, this works VERY WELL as a repellant. Great support during the monsoon . I used it on my dogs and all the leas have disappeared which had infested my dogs coat during the monsoon. I recommmend this prodcut to all dog lovers
