Haier HRF 618 SS Frost-free Side-by-Side Refrigerator (565 Ltrs, Grey)

Received the product within a day of placing order. The product was dispatched in a well packed mode and was received scratch proof at location. Installation representative also landed up on the next day to brief about the finer points especially the proper balancing and controls of the refrigerator. Great person to interact with. I had installed the refrigerator myself and it doesn't require too much of technical knowledge only plain common sense as it is a plug and play equipment. The space in both the refrigerator and freezer portion is great and it was a really good deal that I got in exchange offer. One suggestion is that the transportation person needs to be accompanied by additional person to have the refrigerator moved up and down stairs or else the buyer needs to be told upfront to cater for additional people. In my case in addition to the driver and another person of agency I had to utilise the services of two additional people whom I had to tip after the delivery.

Loving this fridge. Amazon delivery was great, they brought it up to the first floor (via the steps) for me. At this price, trust me - i did my research, no other reputed brands would sell a fridge of this capacity. The freezer is amazing and i still haven't filled it up. The quality of the glass and plastic inside is good and strong. The temperature controls and fridge features are really nice, especially the holiday one, where you go on the holiday, and the fridge maintains a low temperature consuming less power.

Looks like a good decent fridge. However , after using it for 6 months the fridge broke down. The customer care was absolutely horrible and extremely rude. After much effort , they sent someone to fix the fridge ... he said it was fixed and conveniently left . However, soon after we realised that it still wasn’t working. Then after trying to contact them for ages again , they said that the part needed for the fridge will not come for another 2 days or so. They customer care was again very rude and not helpful at all ! Extremely disappointing...

The Delivery team was efficient , the product is Very Good & has Efficient Cooling effect ! Great Design, as no dirtying of Handle, as it has well coated groove to open the Door. Very spacious ! The Installation person was very knowledgeable & explained operations well.

Good fridge. Had a problem with delivery as it did not fit in the lift. The delivery team consisted of one driver and a helper. Had to hire and pay labour to take it up to the 4th floor. Very Poor delivery service especially when it was known to be a large item!

I always expect best service from Amazon ..I read most reviews , before I purchase... scared of dent as lift is smaller and not possible for this model.and my house is on 4Th floor.. questions are there in mind.if I buy from shop they charge heavy for lifting, and delivering.. But heppend all great .. excellent price, delivered with no expectations of single rupee.and with perfect smile on face ..and installation done with full cooperation..this can happen in only Amazon..thank you for all great service.. I can't say more about refrigerator as it's too early to review now..

Good enough to store things

Recently I purchase this refregerator . One week is in use . I find , It works very well and really Wonderfull within this price range . . Presss only - Smart Button --- and it works withut any difficulty. No need to set temp every time . Compressor - sondless , boby material look shiney and modern . Freezer temp. - very 2 cool. I am satisfied purchasing this one. . AMAZON - delivery very quick - within four day's ofpurchase, it reached my home. Over all It deserves ***** 5star product .
