Complete waste of money!
Waste of money! It's not pigmented at all, doesn't stay on the eyelids. It just can get wiped off with fingers too, how does this make it smudge proof, long lasting & water resistant! A big no no! Amazon should not allow such products!

This time they cheated us.....
It is my second purchase of this product from Amazon.........No smudged or water proof this time...only oily and oily...one used with in a minute it spreads all over, do not buy and waist your money....I am demanding refund on this item.
