Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar. I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT.... The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate.
