As a fellow member of the tribe, I was happy to examine my bottle. Unfortunately, no K or U symbols...nothing. It is made in China, and is imported, so they likely do not do Kosher certification. The only other thing I can tell you is the ingredients...water, glutinous rice, wheat bran, sugar, and salt. It is really tasty stuff, but i know that doesn't answer your question. Wish I could be more helpful...
