I follow a meat free and dairy free diet. So flax seeds are one of the few options where I could get omega 3. I had been taking raw flax seed powder for over an year. My hdl (good cholesterol) level was below normal during every blood tests back then. I didn't know why raw flax seed powder didn't raise my good cholesterol level while many people use it successfully. I wanted to give flax seed oil a try. This bottle packaging is so nice with lot of promises about omega-3 printed over it. That's good. I had taken 5 ml of this oil everyday mixing it with a cup of water. As far I know to get the maximum benefits from this oil, we might not get this in contact with anything that is hot. So I just used plain cold water. After 2 months I took my blood tests. My hdl level became normal after a long time. I will still continue to take my blood checkup periodically. Omega-3 and hdl is super important to prevent coronary artery disease and heart attack. If you follow a dairy and meat free diet please keep an eye on hdl level and b12 level(no this oil is not meant for b12 may want to take b12 supplement for that).

Good quality cold pressed flax seed oil. I have been using it from last few months and I must say, consuming just 1 spoon daily makes you active full day. Earlier I used to keep the oil out after opening and found that the taste changes after few days. But after I contacted customer care, they told me to refrigerate after opening the bottle. This really helped me out. Very happy with the product

Best quality and cold pressed I have been using this product from last 1 year and it has really helped me to improve my eyesight. As I consumed it on a regular basis, so I don't have to use my specks now. I am really glad to give 5 stars to them 😊 As I can read some people complaining about the quality and taste(which I never experienced), once opened, flaxseed oil should be refrigerated. Because if you are buying preservative free and pure oil, you cannot expect to keep the oil in high temperature and not get rancid.

Having tried other brands of cold pressed flax oil, this one certainly does not taste like flax oil. I have also used this brand long ago and it was great at that time. It’s quite possible that the newer batches are low grade and/or adulterated oils, as others have said. Since it’s non-returnable, this was a big waste of money and also a loss of trust on Amazon on quality. If there’s a way to get a refund, I’d prefer that.
