Urban Platter Arabian Sea Salt Flakes, 500g

This is a value for money kind of product for this quality. The texture is good. Tastes best with any kind of food. The performance of this salt is good and serves the purpose perfectly.

Great flavour. Extremely salty, which is probably redundant to mention since it’s a salt afterall. But trust me, you do need it way less in your dishes than you’d imagine. Salt crystals/grains are very large so not good for sprinkling over finished dishes unless you like to bite into large chunks of extreme saltiness. Although grinding them up would solve that issue easily. Great for seasoning while cooking so it has a bit of time to dissolve properly. Sea salt is a very cheap product in general, even if you purify it and give it some VIP treatment. On account of that, I do believe the product is overpriced and that’s really the only issue I have.

Nice, clean product. Good value for money. Right size of package and a strong zip lock on top to keep the salt fresh. Sea salt, Himalayan salt and Celtic salt have many health benefits over commercially processed salt. Recommended purchase.

As expected, go for it. Clean and good product. Value for money!

The salt is decent, it could have been flakier. Also it was too moist, had to dry it in the sun for a couple of days.

The quality, taste and packaging were all exactly what i was looking for. Will buy again !

Well, if by flaky one understands that it breaks too easily, these might be a bit coarse and hard than that. But this is the best in the market and definitely, the texture of salt and its size has improved so much relative to what it was earlier. So it's a good choice to make. It'll be fine for sprinkling over your chocolates, but the quantity would need be adjusted accordingly.
