Absolutely the best pre work out I've used in 15 years of working out. Its not over the time in terms of caffeine stimulation, but it does give you endless energy in the gym, reduces the lactic acid burn to almost 0, mixes easily and combined with a snack bar for extra carbs allows for an amazing work out. I only just found this pre work out this month, but I've bought 3 tubs already and given some to friends. This will be my go to pre for many years to come.

The flavour is nicer than any energy drink. I struggle with the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners but this really is pleasant. I could drink it as a mixer with vodka its that nice. Or frozen in a slush. It also gave me the nudge I needed at the gym without feeling like I’d taken something illegal. Really very pleased. Will definitely check out other flavours.

This stuff gets you switched on!!! I workout at 5am most days and I just need that extra pickup in the mornings. Took 20 mins before workout and I just couldn’t stop lifting weights. Felt so pumped and this stuff pushed me to go harder on everything I took on. Had No itchy tingling feeling that I’ve experienced with other pre-workout powders. 100% recommend.

The taste is horrible but the energy really kicks in for the rest of the day.

I’ve tried numerous pre workouts over the years and this one is one of my favourites, this is my second order and I will be purchasing again. Peach mango flavour is delicious (I usually don’t like artificial mango flavour). I usually mix one scoop with my creatine in the morning in about 2 cups of water. Perfect hydrating drink before starting my workout. No tingles or weird side effects - Clean energy.

Tastes just like grape Kool-Aid and gives me a really nice boost! Tried many flavors now and they're all great, but grape has been the best. Love this stuff, great value.
