When you ask a gym goer which protein they use, they will simply tell you about international products like ON, ISO pure, DYMATIZE remarking that Indians products can be harmful and bad. Even if they do use some Indian products, they will tell about MB, Nutrabox etc but never about Nakpro. I think NPN is doing a great job in taking care of the protein requirements in India by giving us protein at an affordable rate. Their mixability is good. Strength is good (muscle recovery). But what it lacks in, is taste. I highly recommend them to improve the taste.

I recently tried this whey protein powder and found it to be pretty decent overall. The taste is good. It mixes well in both water and milk, which is a plus. As for performance, I noticed a slight boost in my recovery time after workouts, but nothing groundbreaking. It doesn’t upset my stomach, which is often a concern with whey products. The price is reasonable compared to other brands, but I’ve definitely had better experiences with some premium options. If you’re looking for an affordable whey protein that gets the job done, this one might be worth a try. Overall, it's a solid choice.

Till Date I tried MuscleBlaze, Optimum Nutrition and One More I DON"T Remember. All are good but ON was the best till date light on stomach and everything. So running short of money I tried this NAKPRO and the most striking thing was that my body never felt as if something unusual has entered stomach. With all previous proteins there was some some little thing but nakpro till date has been the best in all aspects. Now as my financial crunch has increased so I have ordered "Nakpro PERFORM Whey", let's see how that one turns out to be. I don't usually write reviews but nakpro actually imoressed me, that's why I am writing this one.

Greediness went to the next level! I used to positively talk about this brand to everyone saying they are so affordable, plus trustified reviewed But now their pricing is as equivalent as any other brand! I checked all social media and everywhere, but there is no reasoning given by this brand for why this sudden jump in the price! Taking customer granted like this is not going to help them. NakPro you lost a loyal fan and a genuine customer.. it’s so sad that you took customer for granted. Never going to come back! Just because everyone else have higher price, you too doubled your price like this without explaining to your loyal customers?! It’s unreasonable! from ₹2600/kg to ₹4400/kg! You could have been the Jio of this market when Airtel and Vodafone was charging so high.. you just lost a loyal customer

Hello The flavour - It was ok, since this is unflavored, I could drink it with water easily, and I didn't notice any difference in taste. The smell however is bad as it gets, but I got used to it in few days. Mixability - It is fine, you shake it for 5 times and u won't see any lumps. Or u can mix it with less water/milk first then add more water or milk to it. The side effects- Well it does has its side effects. If you have a healthy digestive system, meaning if u can digest anything without gas/ bloating problem then you can also digest this easily. Otherwise for all other people with weak digestion this will do more harm to them then good. That is because this is hard on the liver. It is difficult to digest not only because of lactose intolerance also the whey protein itself is hard on liver. Even a healthy digestive system will take damage if whey protein is consumed for along time. A weak digestion will take a heavy toll due to whey protein, it strictly disrupts liver functions. And people with liver diseases should strictly stay away from whey protein. Long story short, it won't adsorb well for people with weak digestion. And they should stop taking this immediately otherwise they will be damaging their liver. Results - People with healthy digestive system will definitely see good results within a week with good workouts. But on the other hand u won't see much results if u have weak digestion, the protein won't be absorbed property and all u will get is gas/bloating. At the end of the day, no matter which protein powder u use as long as u have weak digestion, it won't be absorbed properly and would be a waste of protein and money. I would suggest fixing their digestive system first before taking any protein suppliment.

Been using it for 10 months. I have tried Impact, Hydrolysed nd Isolate. From all three, Isolate and Hydrolysed were best. The chocolate flavour leaves much to be desired for.. but the unflavoured whey is perfect. For anyone wondering about it's taste, it's like milk powder without the sugar in it. Smells like it too. The unflavoured one is foamy due to the lack of xantham gum in it. Since the product is also trustified certified, I'd recommend it to people starting off. Definite bang for buck!
