I used to make paneer very often...everytime I keep the drained paneer under a pressure cooker filled with water for weight, so as to make it a tight cake... today, after straining the water, I put the paneer in this Embassy vessel, pressed with the plate given, and kept one heavy weight grinding stone mortar (the one Ural used to crush garlic ginger) with almost the same diameter...after some time , I got the tight paneer...my paneer preparation got simplified now...thank u Amazon n the seller....was thinking a lot whether to buy or not, and finally bought now.... happy that it s really useful... The quality and thickness of the steel are good...
