Terrible
This is absolutely terrible. I don't know how or why this product has so many positive reviews worldwide but I can say that the product I received was nothing like described. I made cupcakes using this flour and they were so bitter i couldn't eat a single bite. They are inedible! I have to throw them out. The product not only made me waste my money spent on this but also all the other ingredients I had to put in my recipe. Do not buy this!

Product was contaminated with insects
I opened the packet to find that the whole flour was contaminated with very small insects. Totally unacceptable for such an expensive comodity.

Insects inside the pocket
I am totally disappointed to see insects inside the baking flour packet. I thought Bob's Red mill products are excellent ones...This product is non returnable also...But it is so disappointing to see the product with insects...For the cost we are paying , they should have good quality ..I do not recommend to buy this product...

Tried and True Favorite
I have a systemic nickel allergy I manage with diet... and must avoid chickpea and nuts but I also need to be gluten free... this is the tried and true blend for my specific dietary needs and the only flour I get. It is relatively straight forward to bake and cook with.

Best GF baking flour
I am so impressed with this gluten-free baking flour it is the only good quality one to one gluten free flour that I like so far. When I have used it so far, I can’t tell the difference between it and regular flour. Very impressive.

Great gluten free flour
I was asked to make gluten free cupcakes for my friends wedding. I ordered this flour, I've never used it. It is amazing. Best gluten free flour I have tried. The cupcakes were a smash hit. People that could have gluten tried them and loved them. I recommend this flour.
User
It is gluten free
I am not very chefly but am trying to make some gluten free pizzas. Th flour worked just fine and after a few tries to get the recipe right it turned out as good as gluten free gets. I needed to be more patient with the yeast was my problem not the flour.
