Red KapMen's Stain Resistant, Flat Front Work Pants

I have been buying Red Kap pants for probably 15 years, Navy Blue flat front pants are a dress requirement where I work. Years ago when I first saw them advertised on a Automotive Workwear sight I was skeptical mainly due to the price being so cheap but I decided to give them a try.These pants are literally the best work pants I have ever owned, First off Comfort, right out of the bag fit perfectly, slightly longer on the inseam but not too serious a wee bit stiff at first but within a few wash and wears you can feel them soften, (Unlike my 5 year old Dickies which still stand on their own)Not much for color fade either they hold up well.They are tough pants, I am up and down off the ground frequently, I snag them constantly and no tears, Stain resistant to all automotive chemicals except battery acid obviously. (but the acid didn't make it through to my skin)Like I said I have been buying and wearing Red Kaps a long time, I started at waist size 56 and worked my way down to currently a 44 waist. All the pants I have ordered have fit and worn perfectly and when I was done with the bigger size Goodwill happily took them.On a few occasions I received pants that had flaws with the inseam or zipper but had no problem with exchanges at all. I solved the longer inseam problem with buying better boot which I should have anyway.I will buy these until I retire and then probably after.

5’8…172lbs..( Bought a “34-30 )Just got my first pair of Reds and really like them. They are the same quality as dickies. Like dickies they are stiff brand new but not as stiff. The only thing that I don’t like is I usually wear a “34 inch waist and they are very tight around my hips. I am approximately 5’8 and 172-175 lbs. if your my size and usually wear a “34 waist I suggest getting a “36. With my height and weight I bought a 34-30. The length is perfect but like I said the waist is tight. Plus it’s a button so it almost feels like the button may pop off. So it’s not just a little tight. But don’t let that Deter you from buying them, they are great pants just order your waist size one size up. And in the pics, they have the creases because they just were taken out of the package.

It fits well, looks great, but the material is a bit harsh or rough. It's like super starched feeling. I'm sure this is because it is highly durable and water resistant, but you'll have to have tough skin to get used to it. Otherwise, its great, especially for the price!

about as basic as you can get but they fit and they seem durable... a no brainer for the price for work/casual pants.. they are not dressy but functional and a great deal... I bout 4 pairs different colors.

Very good quality, except the zipper. It is quite short and makes bathroom visits difficult.

Soo the actual quality of the fabric is really good. A little starchy, but with a few wears should smooth out it feels great! Size chart actually works! All around good product..

These pants have been good so far! They are significantly more stain resistant than most as well. I work in a kitchen so spills and messes are a regular occurrence, so far these have been much easier to clean. They also stay cleaner and look cleaner. They also resist most wrinkles too so far. I do like them over most actual chef pants, as these have a much slimmer, less baggy fit. They are absolutely great for my needs, as they almost look like normal dress pants but are significantly more durable for working in.They fit a little tighter than I was expecting, but not necessarily in a bad way. They just don't have as much stretch as most pants typically. So I'd recommend ordering a size up and getting a belt.I have no real negatives with them overall, but my concern is that the quality isn't as good as they said. I took two stars off because after a couple weeks the button did come off. Annoying but I sewed it back in without problems since. So it's probably just a fluke.But I am noticing now I have a small hole forming on another seem on my pant leg. Its starting to feel like some areas were not seen enough. Specifically it seems like the one are where the hole is, there wasn't enough fabric overlapping to provide any extra strength. It seems it's sewed in the very edge of the fabric and has worn out.Overall I really like the pants , and will order more, but I'm hoping I don't have any more issues! Otherwise I will be updating this!

Very quick delivery. 2days before estimated. Great fit with a loose leg. Pockets are very durable to the feel. May be a bit baggy for some people's liking though.
