ABCs of Mathematics

The book arrived unsealed. It caught up dirt and gunk along its edges during the transit. I expected it to arrive wrapped up in a plastic/polythene film. I was intending to give this as a gift to someone and now I have to spend time cleaning it first. The book however is great.

It is literally an ABC of Mathematics, i.e. A for arithematic , followed by definitions and so on. Hardly makes sense to a toddler.

Good maths book. Got it as a present for a baby shower. Upon reading the book before wrapping it, some of the concepts it introduces is probably a bit much for a newborn (and probably not super understandable even for 5 year olds!).

Esta serie de libros está hermosa, aunque este lo siento apto para niños más grandes, no para bebés, así que tocará guardarlo un tiempo.

Great book, explaining math in three difficulty levels. Easy to understand and to explain to a little one.

Perfeito e lindo. Com figuras simples que realmente chamam atenção do bebê. E amei o fato de ter novas informações para cada fase de aprendizado. Sou fã de todos os livros do Chris Ferrie.

As a mathematician, I purchase this for all of my friends when they have children. It's a quality board book. Durable, as expected, for a board book. The concepts are definitely not for toddler (some of my friends don't know a handful of the letters), but it's a fun book. Maybe not the best for teaching your child how to read, but could be fun to switch things up and add some counting in with the alphabet.
