The best looking flute and packing
This has been one of the best flute buying experience for me. The flute areived well packed. The flute bag is sturdy and very well made. The flute threading and finish quality is vey good. The tuning is perfect. The sound quality usually improves after using it for few days, I have check how this one sounds after few days.

Nice flute - takes a little time to adjust
This is a nice flute and was suggested by my music teacher. Plays B scale pretty well. However, one should note that it takes a little time to adjust if you are used to smaller flutes . Also the price is a little on the higher side

Amazing premium quality...
I just loved the premium feel of this flute. The sound is also very sweet.

I'm getting hissing sound while playing. Maybe I've not yet perfected the proper technique
Heard that it's the best in the market. I can play recorder quite well. Haven't yet perfected my technique to play this. Subhash sir tells to first try blowing whistle on pen cap. This really helped figure it out. It requires little practice. Thank you subhash sir for making this.

Worthy buy
Well i am not buying Punam for first time, i have also bought from sarfuddin & kanha....the flute from Punam is remarkable, perfectly tuned, it might be costlier than other brands but you will not regret buying it.
