How long should I steep the tea bags for best flavor?

Steep time varies based on the tea type. Oolong teas require 3-5 minutes. Oversteeping may result in bitterness, while understeeping may yield a weaker flavor.

What are the benefits of Pyramid-shaped Tea bags?

Our pyramid-shaped nylon tea bags are large & sturdy, preventing tearing & enabling a rich, flavorful brew. They offer ample room for tea leaves to unfurl, unlike low-grade dust in orthodox brands. Heat-sealed & high-density enveloped for quality.

What are your Tea Pouches made of?

While we started out with high-grade Nylon mesh tea bags that are heat-sealed & high-density enveloped, we are moving towards plant based tea bags with the aim of being sustainable.

Are your tea bags gluten-free & non-GMO?

Yes, our tea bags are both gluten-free & non-GMO. We prioritize using natural, non-GMO ingredients to offer a safe & healthy tea option for all consumers, including those with gluten sensitivities or dietary preferences.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

All our teas have a shelf-life of 3 years from the Date of Picking/Harvest. Both the 'Date of Picking' & the 'Date of Expiry' are mentioned on the bottom of all our boxes.
