Sooo happy! They all survived and immediately started exploring. I got a beautiful variety.

I received two extras in the bag. They came very quickly and in great shape. I was battling an extreme algae problem and they took care of it quickly. I actually got too many for my tank to support, so gave some away. There was a nice mix of patterns as well. As to remarks regarding size, I would much rather have a small, young snail. Snails have a limited lifespan and I would rather watch one grow and live a longer time with me. I would definitely use this vendor again.

All 12 arrived alive and survived. Not much color variety in the shipment, pretty much all dark in color, no pretty gold ones or anything unusual. Mystery snails in same shipment were another story... 1 arrived very dead, another was basically dead as it never went up in the glass bowl I put them in to make sure they were alive, 3rd was floating at top of tank a couple days later...assuming other two are still alive as they haven't floated after about a week. Bummer on those.

Do not recommend. Day1, two are dead - floating on top of the water. Three are standing upright on the rocks I put them on and I’m assuming will be dead soon. Color assortment? As seen in the pictures - brown only.

My review is mixed. When my snails arrived i was happy that most arrived alive. They come small and once they grew they looked like the pictures in the description. I did have a few dead snails and i wasnt going to complain or anything but the paperwork that comes with the snails insists that if any are dead just contact them and they will replace no problemo. So i decided to contact them. Sent emails to 2 different emails they provide and was completely ignored! I would have rather been given an excuse why they cant or wont replace instead of being ignored. Rubbed me wrong way. Dont offer something and not follow through

Showed up 2 days early. Fortunately I was available. I was not alerted by Amazon or USPS that they arrived. Just happened to check on their status and saw they were delivered. Seller had nothing to do with that, USPS and Amazon dropped the ball. They looked great and healthy and were of different sizes and types. Very pleased with the product itself. 5 stars for the product. I can't let a poor performance from USPS and Amazon influence my satisfaction with the seller. I do suggest using a different carrier.

I received healthy snails, a variety of sizes, and variety of types of nerites. Great addition to my tank--love watching them go to work.
