Flimsy / Cheap product with a poor plastic make and too delicate to even handle. The product reached us with a broken cartridge already. Thankfully there was an extra ink cartridge which we could replace which was again a difficult task as the product is way too flimsy and delicate because of the cheap plastic used. Once the replacement cartridge was done, we realised that the machine actually throws two stickers at a time instead of one. By the time you will paste the sticker on your product, all the digits would disappear or smudge as the ink does not dry soon. How can you paste the sticker without touching the inked surface is yet another art we are yet to learn. Overall, AVOID.

I like this product also I got 12 price tag roll and one ink I really love it and appreciate for sending me this product for me timely.
