Was a bit apprehensive at paying a fair bit for ‘a broom’ but went with reviews on trust and thank you everyone. It really is a brilliant broom, my expensive upright hoover does not do as good a job that I haven’t used the hoover since having this. Must say I only have tiled floors. But 7 cats and a 5 year old child! I work my arse off keeping everything clean and tidy. This broom does not just sweep pet hair from one place to another. It actually catches every hair and so you have a neat pile to dust pan up!I think it’s one of those products you won’t quite believe reviews on, as I was half expecting to have to send back, but it really is bloody brilliant. Only down side I agree with many other reviews is handle could be more sturdy. Fine for us only using on tiles but on carpet it could likely snap in two quite easily as more force is used. Taping the joints with some tape though will solve this issue easily if you have carpet to clean. Love this broom also as used for catching cob webs so easy in corners and around light fitting.

The pole had to be screwed together in 3 pieces. After one use the integrity of the pole weakened in one section. I unscrewed this section and used a shortened version of the pole, and then another section broke. I then used the head only on my hands and knees and after two uses the rubber brush head is slowly but surely detaching from the plastic casing. Cheap quality not worth the money. It did come with a small hand brush which is good for stairs and smaller spaces. So far this hasn’t broke but I don’t hold much hope.

This broom is great for sweeping dog/cat hairs off the wooden floor, the hair doesn’t fly all around the room as you sweep, like it does with a regular broom. It’s also great for removing pet hair/dirt from doormats. The small brush works well at removing pet hair from fabric sofas, especially if you wet the brush a little first. The only problem is the handle doesn’t function very well, it screws together in 3 parts and the part that screws into the broom head is forever coming loose, so I’m forever stopping to tighten it again. Having said that, I have no regrets about buying it because it’s the best broom I’ve ever had for sweeping up dog hair. Add a flash speed mop to the mix and my through lounge floor is swept and washed within 10 minutes with all dog hair removed. I might see if I can find a more substantial broom handle that screws into the base. This is the only reason I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5.

Removes Dog hair from the carpet even after Hovering and removes spider webs. Turn it over and it makes a window cleaner. The smaller brush I use to brush my dog with, it's better than the on I got from the pet shop.

The shaft was made of several parts in no time and it became lose then broke. Used shaft from other brush into head sorted . The brush head part works perfect way better than a normal brush. I would deffo get this for the head. Even though you have to replace the shaft it's a standard fit to most screws in other brush shafts . Would have been a 5 star but for the shaft , deffo buy .

I've never written a review for a product before, but this item is so amazing that I just had to!I have one of those pet hair vacuums, and the amount of pet hair this broom still brought off my carpet was staggering!It's not an easy job, expect to have to work at it, but thanks to a review by another customer I realised there's a knack... go gently, but repeatedly. You don't need to put loads of pressure on each sweep, but you do have to go over the same area numerous times.Superb housekeeping tool, especially for pet owners!(One negative comment, the head of the brush does keep untwisting slightly, but maybe I just haven't tightened it enough)

The good: brush head is fantastic, works both ways. Would've liked it to push forward better, as you tend to have to drag it back constantly.The bad: the plastic screw connecting handle to brush head is poor, and snapped after a couple of brushes. The metal handle is also flimsy, and bends easily.If this was one piece of decent metal for the handle, 5 stars.

Perfect for sweeping outside pathways.
