Healthy Plant
[Large] Plant quality is very good, size is almost 2.5 feet with pot. Packaging was perfect and no damage during transport, Thank you Ugaoo and Amazon team!

Packaging was good but the binding was so hard that it I got a cut on my hand
Packaging of the product was good but so hard that I got a cut on my hand when I was unboxing the product some soil was loose from the top of the stem and spilled over on the floor but i feel delighted after I got to see the Areca palm tree was in good condition but some of the tip of the leaves turn yellowish but that is not so visible otherwise the product is nice.

The plant was in great condition and I was able to multiply it to get many more saplings. Growing pretty well even after 2 years 🤌

Worst quality plant. After month only it started rotting. Even maintained properly

Got a badly packed plant, took a replacement
The plant came in a bad, dry state in an ordinary plastic packaging. So I applied for replacement of the same. Amazon let me keep the plant and sent me another plant. It was in the original packaging of Ugaao but the soil wasn't packed properly at all. Back in early days, the packaging of live plants used to be impeccable. I was quite disappointed with it now. The first plant was of very ordinary quality as well. The second one is much better.
