Not at all works I tried with exercise and walk a whole month has passed I haven't seen any changes its useless if u want to waste money then buy it because surely u will regret and instead of reducing fat i am getting some kind of reaction because of it don't know who are these people who write these good review on it after watching review I brought it but I got a lot of loss now I need to visit doctor because of that reaction caused by this oil useless better never trust these products I never found anyone helpful ever instead just keep on doing exercise it and eat healthy drink a lot of water as much as u can ur weight would be automatically reduced ya it's a time taking process but it will work it's not like these products .....
