Great Supplement
I've been using floridex iron supplement for years. Ive had iron deficiency since I was a kid and this has been tje only supplement that has helped with this issue. I recommend it all the time.

Switching From Ferrous Sulfate to Ferrous Glucontate
I saw some comments on Instagram about how this supplement improved iron deficiency in as soon as 6 weeks. I recently had lab work done and plan to take these until I have lab work done again in 3 months. It will interesting to see if there is improvement as I've been taking ferrous sulfate for years with little to no improvement and/or not sustained improvement. I hope this helps.
