Nice product. Comes with a pair of extra batteries and 3 keys. The sound is loud enough for open space. Key mechanism is also very good. Making duplicates of keys is very hard. Thick and sturdy look. Batteries look promising too. Happy with the product

Worked only for two months
The key gets stuck into the lock. I used it for like 2 months. It was used for locking and unlocking twice a day. Moreover, the lock was used into the house , not even outdoor. If such is the life span, then please don't fool the customers. Good quality Lock and key are used for years with no issues.
