Bad product bad service
We bought Usha otg 35 on 16th October , 2025. It's not working properly - it’s heating rods are not heating. From 1st Nov, we are requesting for a visit from a technician to resolve the issue , yet no one has bothered to visit us. Terrible product with the worst after sale service .

Worth for money
This OTG is tooo good, worth for money, delivery was before time, packaging was too good, no damage, all accessories were there, tooo much satisfied, baking experience was too good, I will prefer to buy this

build quality good , big size, easy to use ,but temperature not accurate i it said 250c but actually when i put oven thermometer i get to knew its only 100c thats the reason it didn't cook my chicken in rotisserie mode
