Ironing Board Cover - Fits Mabel Home Extra-Wide Board & Parker Board & CasaHomez Board & Pro Board

I bought four of these as a replacement for Philips Easy8 ironing board cover and I have to say I did not expect it to fit as well as it did, considering some of the reviews. The cover, however, fits extremely well, especially considering it's not an original Philips cover (these cannot be found anywhere anymore, as I believe Philips had stopped manufacturing the ironing board itself). As a matter of fact, the filling of the cover looks like it can endure being washed, unlike the original Philips cover, which couldn't be washed OR dry cleaned and whose filing literally fell apart.

When you pay almost a bill and a half for an ironing board, you expect to receive, at the very least, what you pay for. In this case. Nope, you get considerably less than what you pay for. Ordered this... Mabel Home Extra-Wide ironing Pro Board with Shoulder Wing Folding, 8 Feature, with + Extra Cover. Extra cover was nowhere to be found AND the cover it actually comes with is junk. Too thin to accomplish much of anything. Like ironing your clothes on a sheet of ledger paper. I actually had to PURCHASE the "extra" cover which really set me off and made this purchase a complete waste of money. Now I have an expensive board that really does no better than any other board. Arm wings are a novelty at worst but I do use them occasionally. Just really upset I had to buy the "extra" cover separately and use BOTH covers combined to have enough padding on the board to conduct useful ironing.

I was torn up as my Singer Rotary Iron died and they stopped making them or servicing them. I finally settles on the idea of a Rowenta Steam Station and paired it with the Mabel Board. First -- what I love: It is completely sturdy -- holds the Rowenta and tank with ease. It is difficult for me to be on my feet -- and thankfully and it easily adjusts to the height I can sit and Iron sheets and napkins. I iron a lot of sheets and napkins! Cons: The wings. Want to love them but I can’t. They are about a quarter inch below the rest of the board when fully set up and engaged. This is taxing on my mental health. Lol. No matter what you do -- Things just don't iron right when you are dealing with what amounts to a ramp at a skatepark. No amount of steam can make that transition wrinkle free on an uneven surface. Final analysis: It's pretty awesome. I couldn't even dock it a star for the wings. Its width and length give you the space needed to do large jobs -- and its built like a tank. I kinda crush on it a little.

It works but doesn't fit great on my Mabel Home Extra-wide Board. The pull strings aren't great for adjusting fit. It was the only replacement option I could find, so I use it.

I found this one by my old label. It only took 8 tries to find the one that actually fits. Thanks.

I ordered two covers to replace my original. One was in original packaging; one was obviously a return. I opened the return to install it, and found it was missing the clamp to cinch the strings to tighten it around the board. I was able to use my old one, but it annoyed me that I got a product that clearly didn't conform to Amazon's return policy and obviously hadn't been checked upon return. The fabric is treated cotton with a low thread count, and there's padding attached underneath, but I added a layer of batting and insul-brite for more cushioning and heat resistance, and the cover still fits nicely. Overall, not a bad product.

The cover that came on my board became badly stained and shrunk while laundering (cold water, delicate low heat drier cycle). I was so happy to find this! It went on perfectly and fit better than the original. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

There is no cover only a pad it is not at all like the original. Very unhappy with the product I was sent.
