Merewill Cotton Shemagh Tactical Desert Wrap Keffiyeh Head Neck Arab Scarf For Men 49"x49"

I not a fan or foreign clothing but this Shemagh keeps my, head, face, and neck warm on clod and windy days. It can be wrap in different configurations and even act as a sling if needed. he cloth is doubled when folded over for use making is much warmer. The material seems to be well made and nice and soft. The color is identical to the pictured item. They are several videos on YouTube one can watch which show many different ways to use the Shemagh. I am not a big person and am happy I bought this bigger size which makes it easier to wrap and tuck.

Fantastic quality and a clear cut above any other brand of shemagh that I've seen (and I've seen a lot). The detail, patterns, and colors are top notch. A rarely use the word exquisite to describe anything but the shemaghs from merewill take the clear win. The only criticism I'll give is that the Khaki on Black had colors that were pretty far off from the presentation, it was more soft pink than khaki to my eyes at least. The golden was exactly as pictured though and is a keeper. Also worth noting these are more tick and durable than most on the market.

I love this shemagh…l wear it when I travel…most of my flights are long and overnight…it gets cold and it helps me stay warm..

I have owned about 3 of these in the past of various qualities and styles and have bought a few more recently to replace ones that I had that were getting a little worn and beat up. This particular brand is by far the highest quality keffiyeh i have ever owned and it is by has the highest craftsmanship hands down. First off it came in a pouched package with a closure and not just a thin plastic bag so it didn't smell weird which is very common. Not being able to wear it or even handle it without washing the machine-smell off of it is always a turn off and this didn't have that problem Second the size is considerably bigger (49" vs 42" or 43" which is a more common size) so you're getting a bit larger scarf for the what is a generally higher price, but you are decidedly getting a much higher quality product and it shows from the moment you look at it or hold it in your hands. Third is that the detail of the products quality is much higher than the competition - the scarf feels softer than the other brands I've purchased, still not like pre-washed soft, but much less abrasive than a regular brand. Also the craftsmanship is higher, I got the scarf with the gold details and the gold is very bright, the "tassels" are all tied well and the thread quality feels high and very sturdy, so not likely to fall apart and there is a sort of finish to the product that makes it seem like it was just manufactured better. All in all it feels like a premium product (not necessarily hand-made but close in production quality) whereas other keffiyeh feel like the just came out of a machine and are very rough and scratchy and have little quality control in the manufacturing. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone who is looking to buy a higher quality keffiyeh scarf, don't let the slightly higher price throw you off - you are definitely getting a much better product than the competitors.

Just to start, ITS BEAUTIFUL! To specify I got the black and white with the gold clovers or flowers (not sure what they are actually). The pic makes it look dull but when you get it that gold shines incredibly bright. And this thing is huge and feels so comfortable I'm in love with it. The down sides are it's not fully cotton (ignoring the gold thread cause obviously couldn't look this good as cotton) the whole shemagh is a cotton polly blend but they only say cotton in the name, you gotta scroll down to see its a blend. And some if the threads came out of the package already snagged. But with that said I have no regrets. I plan to buy others cause they are pretty and really different and a shemagh is just so handy to have.

Durability: ?/5 (I’ve only had this shemagh for a day so I cannot truly opine on durability, but the weave feels tighter and more held-together than Hirbawi.) I’ve bought a lot of shemaghs in my time—Explore Land, Rothco, and Hirbawi brands only, up until now. This Merewill shemagh is my first from this company—but it will not be the last. Hirbawi has always been held up as the gold standard, the Coke brand of shemaghs, the only authentic Palestinian shemaghs. Merewill has proven this false. A letter inside the package when you purchase this shemagh reveals, in fact, that the business owner is a Palestinian who lives in China—so, yes; Made in China is an accurate term, but it was made by a Palestinian in China with the dedication to make this product correctly. 5/5 on all fronts. Superb.

These are super comfortable, warm, quick to dry, and wearable in different configurations. I have a few of them. Beware of people who think you are making a political statement! For me they are just really practical.

Over the years I've used 'shemags' which have been of varying quality. All served a basic purpose in all climates. This item is on another level, stylish and made of quality materials. The "keffiyeh" is larger and one hell of a lot more stylish than most poorer relations on the market. The family run business know what their doing. Great bit of EDC kit...

I was thinking to purchase other one but after searching for a while. I came in conclusion to buy this one and it's quality is great and it is long one as well. Beautiful design with an amazing colour combination. I order all of them for me as i really like all of the colour with the same product. I bought all of them to have my own Full Sets.
