They're easy to swallow and coated well. They are not small though and may be harder for some. Excellent buy, especially for an amino acid! Good brand.

Took for leaky gut
I ordered these to help heal my gut after a parasitic infection. They worded realky well, but to get the recommended dose from my doctor I took 5 pills on an empty stomach twice a day. I feel great now!

Reflux bye bye
This l glutamine helped my husband, my dog and myself! Dr.s don’t tell you that you can repair your reflux with nutrition. Adding glutamine helped immensely! No more heartburn with a reasonable diet. My dog has epi and had stomach bacteria overgrowth stopped and has been great ever since. Swanson products have the right balance of value and good product. Just try it.

Inaccurate Description
The bottles I received contained rice flour. This was not indicated in the description. I am highly allergic to rice flour so I had to return them.
