Simple easy to use, cooks food well
Happy with the product. All the different interchangeable plates work well and wipe clean easily. Actual machine is simple and easy to use. Cooks tasty food quickly. Reasonable value for money.

It tasted gorgeous, somehow better than my old sandwich toaster,and it can do so much more.
I tried this for the first time last night, white bread buttered on the outside, tomato paste, onion, Italian sausage, cheese and pineapple. Yes, I’m a philistine. I wouldn’t dream of leaving out the pineapple. It took a little longer than five minutes but wow! I got very impatient as I like it really crispy. It was. Guess what Im having again tonight. I can’t wait to go shopping and buy a chocolate cake mix.

Drew&Cole Deluxe 5 Minute CleverChef - Non-Stick. have recieved the goods but the catch will not hold lid in position! has anyone else had this problem? JOHN SMALL Clip serves no purpose at all? Clip is supposed to hold lid for storage,it does not!!RETURNING AS FAULTY BUT ARE STILL DEDUCTING A RETURN FEE. BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY............NOT GOOD

Drew & cole clever chef deluxe non stick
Drew and Cole clever chef is lovely ive only done salmon it crisp the skin underneath and just seal the salmon fillet on top still leaving it moist. No oil needed for salmon fillet as it an oily fish and i also put fresh dill on top of salmon to flavour it and dill flavour went through salmon. Every thing sturdy and easy to transfer plates from oval to waffle. It takes minutes to heat up just heat up and ready to use when green light goes out. Hoping to be more adventrous. Good value and size is good

Drew&Cole Deluxe 5 minute.
Absolutely top notch but you expect that with Drew&Cole products. I was worried that it may be too small after reading other reviews, yesterday it is for a family but for just a couple or single person its great for snacks or sides. I have only had a toasties and a fried egg so far ,just to get used to the temperature and timing. I didn't have any problems. Cooks so quick and evenly. Perfect fried egg in 2 minutes.

It takes a while to get hot and the plate inside is smaller than it looks.

Not Overly Impressed
It works, but don't know if it was worth the extra compared to the basic version. Doesn't seem to cook evenly when using the grill or waffle plates. the back end closes tighter & cooks much faster than the front. You can easily overcook a waffle at the back while the front one still needs more time. You have to keep rotating the food to get a relatively even result.

Useless, save your money. Do not buy.
Useless product. Not enough space between plates for "Cafe Style Sanwiches". Waffle plates squeeze out the batter. The latch between top and bottom handles won't even stay clipped, even when empty. Quicker and better to make an omelette in a oan on the stove. Will not even bother trying, steak, fish or pizza. Waste of $100, only real use is to take up space in the rubbish bin.
