I am a big fan of Furbo products and already use both the Furbo Mini and the Furbo 360. This new Mini 360° is a perfect addition for another room, in my case the bedroom. What other customers should know: this camera is excellent if you want to stay aware of what your pet is doing when you are not at home. The video quality is very good, the 360° view gives full room coverage, and the app is intuitive and reliable. I like being able to quickly check whether my dog is calm, resting, or needs attention. The treat-tossing feature is a nice bonus—useful either to calm your pet or simply to interact for a moment. Together with the smart notifications (via the paid plan), it helps identify patterns or challenges to work on with your pet. Overall, it gives real peace of mind and strengthens the feeling of connection even when you are away. I genuinely enjoy both the product and the app and would recommend it to any pet owner who wants visibility, reassurance, and smart insights.

I had a 360 Furbo previously and this is the second one I get for mini version! The 2k video high resolution really makes difference. So I can see my dog’s face very clear. And with the subscription of Nanny, I can better monitor my puppy’s potty and poo poo schedule when I’m not around. Although the mini is very small size but I can still put her kibbles and interact with her when I’m not around! First time I saw her react my voice from the machine is pretty funny and then she starts to figure out this is where treats coming out! Overall I love this product’s quality!

El treat se quedaba atorado y la cámara no lo dispensaba. Al lanzar el treat, la cámara se bloqueaba y después se congelaba toda la aplicación. No lo recomiendo. Para comprobar si la cámara funciona es obligatorio comprar una suscripción(caro por cierto), y no ofrecen periodo de prueba. En comparación, un comedero chino con cámara resulta una mejor opción.

Der Furbo Mini hat sich bereits nach einer Woche nicht mehr gedreht und funktioniert somit nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß. Zusätzlich musste ich die Furbo Nanny dazukaufen, um alle Funktionen nutzen zu können. Wenn ich das Gerät nun zurücksende, ist völlig unklar, wie ich das Geld für das bereits bezahlte Abo zurückbekomme. Der Furbo Support ist außerdem sehr schwer erreichbar und hilft kaum weiter. Insgesamt enttäuschende Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice – ich würde dieses Produkt nicht weiterempfehlen.
