Absolutely Disgusted – Appalling Quality, Unacceptable Condition and Extremely Disappointing Service! I am absolutely disgusted and extremely disappointed with my order. After spending a considerable amount of money on what I expected to be a beautiful, high-quality pair of heels, I was shocked by the condition they arrived in. Not only was the box damaged, but the heels themselves had clearly already been worn. They were covered in scuff marks and arrived in an absolutely unacceptable condition. It is beyond me how a company can justify sending out shoes in this state, especially considering the expensive price tag. When paying a premium price, you expect premium quality and service, not a pair of worn, damaged shoes that look like they've been used and returned by somebody else. The complete lack of care and quality control is appalling. I am genuinely so upset and frustrated by this experience. I was really looking forward to receiving these heels, only to be left feeling completely let down and disgusted. I am requesting a full refund, including any delivery charges, as the shoes I received are completely unacceptable and not in the new, unworn condition I paid for. I should not be expected to pay any return postage for an item that has arrived damaged and clearly used. I expect this matter to be dealt with promptly and professionally, with a full refund issued as soon as possible. I would strongly advise others against ordering from this company. Based on my experience, the quality and service are nowhere near the standard you would expect for the prices they charge. This entire experience has been absolutely disgraceful, and I certainly will not be ordering from them again. Completely unacceptable, especially from a company charging such high prices. I expect a full refund and a prompt resolution.

If I could give these shoes 0 stars, I would. The images show a 4” heel, also stating that the heel is 10cm. When selecting your size, it also says the heel height is 10cm. I bought these for my wedding, there is a bank holiday ahead and now I have no shoes as these shoes actually have a 2” heel! After receiving I went back into the ad to see if I made a mistake in ordering, only to read the description states a completely different heel height! I would NOT buy these shoes as you will not be getting what you think you are getting.

Have just bought these and paid an extra £13 for faster shipping and I have received a shoe with 2 missing gems. Extremely disappointed as I have an event to attend and if a refund is requested I will be unable to recieve another pair of shoes in time

I’m so happy with these Jimmy Choo dupes! They run true to size and even with the higher heel, are very comfortable. Lots of compliments and really elegant. I bought a second pair in black! No regrets. I bought both in patent leather because I thought they would hold up better than satin. Would make a great wedding shoe.

Overall not a very good product, but you get what you pay for. First pair were delivered damaged, the beads were falling off upon delivery. My opinion is that they should be made a little better no matter what you pay for them. We ordered a replacement pair that were delivered In standard condition (no damage). But still they aren’t that good!

Stylish. I love it except amazon told me 8 would be my size but i had to return my order bcz it was one size too big. I re-ordered my correct size US7

The shoes are so pretty. They are surprisingly very comfortable and can go with everything.
