Fox RacingLaunch PRO D3O Elbow Guard

Great Protection Cool Looking Elbow Guards
I bought these elbow guards after crashing using fox launch pro. That elbow guard only protects the elbow itself and is falling to my wrist while riding (medium size).I waited until I crash again using the Launch D30 elbow guards before writing this review. The elbow guards held up well during the crash and I am glad that I was wearing them.I used the size chart on fox’s website and medium was my size. I am 5’7 137lbs. At first, the fit was so tight, that I was having trouble putting it on. After wearing it on and off multiple times, its easier to put it on but still hard to take off which is a good thing because you wouldnt want it falling off easily especially while riding or crashing. In closing, I am satisfied with this product and the protection it gave me during my crash. I dont feel the elbow guards while I was riding and the bottom line, they look cool.

if ur weight and height below me stay away from it
i'm between 57 kg to 60 kg my height is 5'7 = 170cmi orders size small which is the smallest size and still there is finger gap between my skin and the upper and the lower too sadly, only upper strap no lower strap sadly , i wish if there is a XS but there is only small sadlyany way i have to go to the tailor to make adjustment to the strap ,, well it will cost me 5$for the protraction side dude ... it's awesome ... and also flexible ... it also suits motocross and downhilli will recommend it only if u ride in extreme rocky trails or if u do freeride other than that go with the enduro padsfor handling performance they are fine ...not that conformable but it's fine ...if ur weight and height below me stay away from it

Only for specific shape arms
I'm 6'2" and 165lbs, and ordered a size small, and have about a 10.5" bicep and forearm. I can imagine these fitting well if my bicep were 12 or so inches. These pads are completely loose around my bicep, and are quite snug on my forearm. The elastic strap is so long that you can't use it to snug up the bicep. When the velcro parts match, there's very little tension on the elastic. My guess is they will either cause arm pump, or slide down my arms, or both. I haven't decided yet whether I will return them or risk $100 to find out. I'm even considering finding someone to sew the bicep tighter, since most elbow pads are the same shape (bigger bicep than forearm).

Fox Racing Launch Pro D30
Mountain biking has been a hobby of mine for years. I always wear a helmet (MIPS), but never anything else. On the trail I had a mishap which resulted in a broken elbow. It put me out of commission for 6 weeks. After this incident I will never ride without elbow and knee guards. These elbow guards are amazing. Im a 5 foot tall 102 pound female and chose the small size. They have stayed in place even after an hour on the trail. If I ever crash again Im confident these will prevent another fracture. Take precautions, protect yourself. Also, don't settle for pads without the hard cap. They will make all the difference. Happy MTBing!

Super comfy and very protective!
Soooo comfortable. I use these and the matching knee pads for roller skating. Never felt a thing (and I fall plenty lol)Pricy, but worth it in my opinion. Most pads are bulky and uncomfortable. These are fully stretch and not bulky at all!
