It’s a very good mount but just works for elevation If your looking to keep your scope close to factory zero for elevation this is the way to go

Will this fit on a scope from cabellas?

It will fit any scope with a 1" diameter tube. Just make sure you get the right height rings for your objective diameter to fit on your rifle. Usually medium rings are good for up to a 40 mm diameter objective. This can depend somewhat on the rifle.

Can this ring fit savage model 64 with scope tube 30mm

NO! These are 1 inch rings your scope tube is 30mm. You need 30mm rings wiht the correct height for youor objective bell.

Will this fit a marlon 70p?

Not familiar with a Marlon 70P, but if it has either 3/8", or 11mm grooved receiver, then they will fit.
