While I was sent the wrong flavor, I don’t even care. The flavor I got (gummy bear) is great and it really helps me push through those difficult workouts!

Decent product, for sure gave me the tingles when using. Felt like prolonged use it lost its effect but stopped using for a week and it seemed to help like normal. Is a good pre workout to keep in rotation and one of the more delicious flavors

I use half the spoon whenever I need and it gives lots of energy throughout 2 hr workout session. I don’t have any side effects. Only thing is tingling sensation through my body from the beginning.

I have been taking GNC Lit for about 6 years on and off, and it is BY FAR the best tasting pre-workout out there. It's not an intense one like some (but they do have the Lit AF formula if that's what you're looking for). But gives me a boost and I don't need to chug it to get past any disgusting taste. It also mixes up perfectly well in a Shaker bottle without any big chunks. Gummy Worm, Fruit Punch, and Blue Raspberry are my favorite flavors, but you can't really go wrong with any of them.

New V2 formula is similar to the “LIT Origin” one, maybe the same? Gummy worm doesn’t mix green anymore, just clear and don't have the flavor it used to have. It doesn’t taste bad, just no flavor to it

Honest review: I was hyped by this product. After reading countless reviews I was so eager to try this. So I ordered the mango/orange thing. Arrived quickly. Mixed a full scoop in water. One shot it. Tastes awesome. Not gritty. Then I've waited. 5 minutes... Nothing 15 minutes... Nothing 30 minutes... Nada. Nothing happened. No tingling, no itch, nothing. I felt like someone who just drank 8 oz of water. I was disappointed. Very. So I went back to reviews and then I saw this: "do not use a leveled full scoop. Use a heaped full scoop." So I tried it. And it hit me. Hard. Within 15 minutes my face was tingling. After 20 minutes my head was numb. After 30 minutes my body was on fire. This thing is liquid energy. 20 minutes after my workout session, im sitting here, writing this review, hoping for the effect to wear off because I feel like going back in while knowing I probably should not. Try it.

Today was the first time I tried it. The flavour was spot on with the blue, white, red freeze description. The energy from this was amazing. Along with the energy and pump this is by far my favourite preworkout. I would definitely not recommend this to a beginner or someone has never taken a high stimulant pwo. This product dos not compare to the six star pro I used to take. I stack this product with magnum protein and glutamine from pvl labs.
