Good Quality Journal
It can be used to track daily info without taking much time. It has a nice amount of space for more lengthy writing on days when you need this. The cover is a lovely pink color and feels nice. The binding and paper quality are good. Iโm not sure why it has two ribbon book marks. I suppose this could allow for two people to share it. I am finding it to be helpful in my efforts to be well mentally and emotionally and physically.
