I'm editing my review and changing from 3 to 4 stars. Just be super generous with your pour and it will get your board clean. It's not bad. OLD: I bought this in a pinch since Branson electronics cleaner seems impossible to find these days in personal use quantities. I use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean PCBs and other electronics repair tools (i.e. removing flux from tweezers). It's basically Simple Green but with a 100% markup. That said, be very generous with your pour and you'll get a good result. It removes a good amount of flux and grime, which is great, but it costs more than it should at this size.

Have only used it once on reloading brass and it works pretty well. I'll be trying it again on a model aircraft engine. These are the purposes for which it was purchased and so far I'm happy with it.
